awards are determined as part of the selection process

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must:
1. Be residents or resident nationals of Nigeria.
2.Hold a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree as the case may be.
3. Have at least 3 years work experience.
4. Have substantial experience in community service or
developmentrelated activities.
5. Possess leadership qualities/potential evidenced by their
employment, academic experience or at the community level.
6. Propose to pursue a post-graduate degree that will directly enhance
their leadership capacity in a practical, policy, academic, or artistic
discipline or field corresponding to one or more of the Foundation’s
areas of endeavor.
7. Present a plan specifying how they will apply their studies to social
problems or issues in their country.
